It is, sadly, all too common today that people end up wasting their money because they don't realise that the fire that looks so beautiful in the showroom or on the web page, won't work in their home and no-one explains that before they buy. It's almost too easy to buy the wrong thing.

Similarly, when it comes to installation, Uncle Fred, who knows something about this kind of work, offers to help and, times being what they are, it seems like a good way to keep the costs down. So, to demonstrate our commitment, we've joined the Medway Fair Trader scheme which is a Medway Trading Standards Service initiative. This means that not only do we pay to join their organisation, but we give them the right to independently inspect and audit our business and services to ensure that we maintain our high standards.

(and remember child safety here)?
* What type of inset tray or fascia, trim or fret?
* Do you want a mantle, hearth, what material - wood? marble
